Adelaide, April 21. The Norwegian ship “ Maletta ” had an exciting time in the ice on her voyage to South Australia. Twelve days after leaving Laplata she ran into an ice floe and sailed through ice strewn seas for 334 miles. Many of the bergs were so high that it took the wind out of the vessel’s sails, and narrowly escaped being crushed. Dense fog prevailed all the time.
