Britain and Turkey
London, April 18. Mr Asquith, speaking at Glasgow, said the Turkish Government had assured Britain that they intended to adhere stricjly to the constitution. If Turkey turned aside from her policy of reform and just administration, British sympathy would entirely be withdrawn.
