Silt, —I would like Chief Commander, Mr Matthew Henry, Chairman of the Waitoa Drainage Board, to explain through the medium of your widelycirculated journal what he meant by Stating at the Board meeting that because, Messrs Corrigan, Mathieson and himself, own a tenth of the Waitoa block, they would have a bigger say in the conduct of affairs than the other ratepayers ! When it comes to voting perhaps he will find different, in the meantime I sign myself
