Collapse of a Gangway.
London, March 21. While a number of Vickers Sons and Maxim’s workmen were passing the battleship Vanguard, now com* pleting at Barrow, to the wharf the gangway collapsed under the weight, pr cipitating 50 men to the floor of the docks. Three were killed and 40 injured.
