o ELECTION OF DIRECTORS.
The election of Directors of the Thames Valley Co-operative Dairy Company took place yesterday at the Criterion Theatre Paeroa, and resulted as follows :—Messrs A. C. Hubbard, 165, T. Hanna 148, A. K, Alexander 128, S. Bax 123, S. Bellamy 122, F. Cock 119, T. A. Cooper 11?, J. A. M. Bell 112, R. W. Bagnall 110, A. J. Thorpe 108. The unsuccessful candidates were : Messrs J. McCormick 107, E. Elliott 106 , J. McConnell, 100, W. Moore 104, J. A. Reid 63, J. Cryer 61, W. J. Holt 37, J. G. Brown 100. W. J. Hall 43, A. McLaughlin 33, P. Treanor 14, G Durbin 14, r |\ Rae 48 The new Directors met immediately afterwards and Mr Hubbard was elected Chairman.
