SERIOUS FLAWS FOUND.

London, March 12. The Daily News reports that serious flaws, due to the insufficient wiring of muzzels, have been discovered in the new naval ,'l2-inch, mark 11, guns. Of 12 undergoing strengthening at Woolwich four are of arsenal manufacture and eight from contractors.
