The Opium Traffic.
HONGKONG’S LOST RENENUE London, March 12. The Earl of Crewe (Secretary of State for the colonies) has undertaken to ask Parliament for a substantial contribution towards covering the Hongkong Government’s loss arising out of the policy of diminution of the opium traffic.
