Sudden Death at Invercargill.

CROWN PROSECUTOR EXPIRES

Invercargill, March 15 Mb T. M. MacDonald, Crown Prosecutor, who commenced practice here in 1862, dropped dead in a cab this morning. At the recent sitting of the Supreme Court his son, Herbert, acted as substitute, owing to the ill-health of deceased, who had arranged to sail for England. He leaves a grown -up family.
