Pickett Ltd. v. Aylward (Allen) Claim, £34 9s 2d. Defendant since filed as a bankrupt. Pretty v Vulgar,—Claim, £1 Is lid (Allen). Judgment with costs £1 10s 6d. Gummer v. Dixon (native) (Allen).— Claim, £25 19s 7d. ' Judgment and costs £3 Is.
McLean v. Hotene (Allen).—Claim, £6 Os Id. Judgment and costs £1 8s 6d. Gummer v. Priest (Allen). —Claim, £l7 Os 2d. Judgment and costs, £2 7s 6d.
Pickett Ltd. v. Kirtou. —Claim £29 10s 6d. Judgment and costs £4 2s. Counter claim for a horse, £3O Is. Judgment for los and costs 2s.
Judgment Summons :—Parlour v. Cartman (Allen). —Adjourned till next Court day, defendant having paid greater part of claim.—Watts v. Rowe (Allen): Adjourned till July 6th, defendent in meantime to pay los per month.
