PRESENTED WITH KING’S
MEDAL,
London, March 7
Admiral Sir Wilmot Fawkes, Commander - in- Chief, Portsmouth, presented Charles Arthur Campbell Russell, Australian Cadet, with the King’s medal, for the best cadet during the term of training aboard the cruiser Cornwall. King Edward wrote a special letter, accompanying the medal, notifying his pleasure at the fact that the winner of the medal was an Australian.
