King Edward Welcomed at Paris.
London, March 7. King Edward received a hearty public welcome on the arrival in Paris en route to Biarritz. His Majestv lunched at the Elysee, with President Fallieries, M, Clemenceau (Premier of France), M. Pichon (Minister of Foreign Affairs).
