SMYTH-PIGGOT UNFROCKED
London March 7. Bishops Kennion, Bishop Bath and Bishop Wells, unfrocked the famous Smyth-Piggott, leader of the Agapemonites, who did not appear at the Esclesiastical Court to defend himself. The ceremony, which was both sombre and impressive, was the first of its kind held during the thousand years which had intervened since Edward the Elder established the Sec. in 909, A. D.
