OUR RECREATION GROUND.
(To the Editor.) Sir, — I understand, at least the man in the street says so, that the “ Kilties ” Band are giving us a free show in the Waihou Domain next Thursday. It must be free, for the simple reason that they cmnot make us pay to enfer our own grounds. Myself and others will be there, but no pay, mind you. Whether we get throngh the fence, in the gate or otherwise. They cannot make us pay, and we won’t. lam etc., “ Canny Scot.” Waihou, Feb. 21, 1909.
