A Steamer Burned at Sea.

Buneos Ayres, February 21. The steamer Presidente Yoca, running between Buenos Ayres and Bouthem Argentina, caught fire while at sea. Attempts to suppress the outbreak proved futile. The vessel was burned to the waters edge, and the beam sank. Meantime the boats had been swung out. The passengers and crew to the number of 370 got out. A total of twenty were drowned before the shore was reached. The other 350 were saved.
