A VOTE OF CONFIDENCE,
Constantinople, February 18. _ . The Turkish Chamber of Deputies carried a vote of confidence in New Grand Vizier, Hilmi Pasha, who stated that he recognised Cabinet’s responsibility to the Chamber, and announced that he would continue Kiamils policy.
