Berlin, February 16. The Berlin “ Jack the Ripper ” has committed his twentieth outrage on women. A seamstress was stabbed and left unconscious on a stairway in the city, her assailant escaping. Later in the day two other women were wounded. An army of police are patrolling the city, and 50 arrests have been made, but ail have been realeased however, they proving alabis.
