' Wellington, February 12. Ai’TEB aAput 25 years work, the Public Works Department on Saturday finally handed over to the Railway Department the last section of the North Island Main Trunk Railway. Before this could be engineer from each Department had to inspect the work and certify tp the proper completion. This process was now being carried out by C. J. McKenzie, representing: the Public Works Department and Lowe, representing the Railway Department,
