German Taxation.
NO DISTINCTION OF CLASS.
Berelin, February 11. The Finance Bill passed the Beichstag by 14 votes to 13, in spite of the Ti easury’s appeals. The Bill has withdrawn exemption from taxation from the Kaiser, and members of other reigning houses, so 1 that henceforth rulers pay all taxes including Income Tax and inheritance duties.
