SETTLEMENT OF DIFFICULTY.
Constantinople, February 7. The Porte has resolved to accept Russia’s proposal for the principal settlement of the difficulty between Turkey and Bulgaria, but has submitted a counter proposal at the Balkan’s conference which is very unfavourably viewed by Russia.
