New York, January 21. The Ameiican House of Representatives has condemned the violent personal attack made by Mr Willett, the New York Democratic Member of the House on President Roosevelt. The resolution describes the attack as excrable, and
has ordered that it be expunged
from the records of the House. Americans widely protest against Congressmen baiting the President on the eve of his retirement from the office.
