LOOKING AHEAD
London, November 12. Mrs Henry F awcett, on behalf of the National Union of Women’s Suffrage Societies, has addressed a circular letter to the members of the House of Commons, expressing deep regret at the militant methods of suffragettes, and asking Parliament to enfranchise women next session.
