Austrian Situation.

Bflgradt. October 3. Excited crowds beseiged the approaches to Parliamentary buildings to-day, prior to an extraordinary sitting of the Skuptschina, convened by reason of present international situation. Excitement was caused by apprehensions that Austria intended to seize Belgrade. The Servian iGovernment, in order io reassure the public, sent strong military patrols to the Danube and Saine rivers, and ako to the outskirts of the city". St. Petersburg, November 3.
