THREE SHOT AND FIFTEEN WOUNDED Constantinople, November 1. A. company of soldiets at Tashkishla b irracks at Constantinople, when ordered to entrain for the provinces, refused to go. Another battalion was ordered out under arms, and the mutiueers still refusing to entrain. were fired on. Three were killed and fifteen were wounded. Eighty others were sul s 3quently arrested.
