NOTICE is hereby given in terms of Section Bof The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” that it is proposed by the Hungahunga Drainage Board to borrow from the Minister of Finance under Part 11. of the paid Act, a Special Loan for the further construction of drainage works for the drainage of the Hungahunga Drainage District, viz., to cleanse, widen, and deepen existing watercourses, drains, and mil-falls and that the sum proposed to be borrowed is £4,000, and the proposed security for the loan shall be a special annual recurring rnto for forty one years of One Penny Half-Penny per Pound upon the capital value of the rateable property in the district, such providing interest at 3$ per cent., which being pnid for tho period aforesaid pays off the loan and is the provision for the repayment thereof.
