New 7 York, October 20. Mr Wm. Jennings Bryan, Democratic candidate for the presidency, calculates that he will receive the votes of a million and a lialf of tl.o unemployed in the Eastern States. President Roosevelt estimates tl 8 unemployed at fifteen per cent of the total poll. He believes the majority of them will vote for Mr Debbs, socialist candidate, or for Mr Hisgen, the nominee of Mr W. R. Ilearsts new national party.
