Agrarian Outrages

London, October 20. Mr Birrell, chief sec:etary for Ireland, informed Captain Jas. Craig, Conservative M.P. fjrDowu, in the House of Commons to-night , that the number of agrarian outrages reported to the police during the whole of 1906 was 234 ; in 1907 the number had incseased to 372, while for the first nine months of 1908 the total was 417.
