Vienna, October 18. Viennese newspapers angrily protest against the idea of compensating Servia and Montenegro for the annexation of Bosnia, Herzegovina. Tbe paajority of the papers suggest that Austria should not be represented at tbe Conference pf the Powers unless the compensation clause is deletedAustria is passing troops plose to tho southern frontier of Montenegro. yg&SJ Constantinople, October 18. Persistent reports are issued to the effect that Turkey is mobilising her Anatolian army corps in view of demands made by Bulgaria in regard to the Oriental r ilway.
