NOTICE is hereby given in terms of Section 8 of •* The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” that it is proposed by the Qungahunga Drainage Board to borrow from the Minister of Finance under Part 11. of the said Act, a Special Loan for the further construction of drainage works for the drainage of the Hungahunga Drainage Diotrict, viz., to cleanse, widen, and deepen existing watercourses, drains, and outfalls and that the sUm proposed to be borrowed is £4,000, and the proposed security for the loan shall be a special annual recurring rate for forty one years of One Penny Half-Penny per Pouad upon the capital value of the rateable property in the district, such providing interest at 3J per cent., which being paid for the period aforesaid pays off the loan and is the provision; for the repayment thereof.
