NOTICE is hereby given in terms of Section 8 of %< The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” th&t it is proposed by the Hungahunga Drainage Board to borrow from the Minister of Financo under Part 11. of the said Act, a Special Lo in for the further c instruction of drainage works for the drainage of the Hungahurga Drainage District, viz., to cleanse, wid< n, and deepen existing watercourses, drains, and outfalls and that the sum proposed to bo borrowed is £4,000, and the proposed security for the loan shall be a special annual recurring rate for forty- one years of One Penny EJalf-Penny per Pound upon the capital value of the rateable property in the district, such providing interest at 3£ per cent., which being paid for lie period aforesaid pays off the loan .md is the provision; for the repayment thereof.
