AT tho adjourned meeting of the above club, held in the Hall there was a good attendance. Mr Kirnber occupied the chair.
The following honorary officers were elected for the ensuing season : Patron, Mr J. A. Young; president, Mr R. Glynn-Lewis; vice-presidents, Mr It. Larney, Mr W. F. Ross, and Mr J. Lennard (senr.); secretary, Miss E. M. King ; committee, Misses Yoysey, < lark, King and Messrs Calvert, Burke, Comerford and Kirnber ; selection committee. Messrs Larney, Kirnber and Rice; the ground committee to consist of same with Mr Calvert added. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to Miss H. Taylor, the ratiring secretarl, who by her untiring efforts in the interests of the club, had largely helped to make it a success.
Love nil new members were proposed and it was decided to invite the Waiata, Te Aroha, Waitoa and Morrinsville clubs to the opening which bikes place on Satnrday 17th October.
