Mishap to an Airship.
Berlin, September 17. Major Parseval’s balloon, while travelling near Doebcritz met with a mishap. The airship was travelling too swiftly, with the result that the framepork collapsed in a squall, the wind ripping off a portion of the gas bag. Major Parseval and his three companions descended safely un the roof of a house.
