A HORRIBLE DISCOVERY.
London, September 17. Tiie work of the Anglo-Congolese Commission in defining the boundary of the Congo, has proved most harassing. Several of the escorts were killed. A tribe was discovered in the forests on the banks of the Semlake, who are each other’s children.
