Calcutta, September 17. The President of the Bombay Association has tolegrnphod to Lord Ampthill, ex-Governor of Madras, stating that the Indian public \elnmently appealed to the British Government to save Indians from the outrageous tyranny of the Transvaal, in connection with the anti-Asia tic legislation of that State.
