HELP ASKED OF BRITAIN.
London, September 15, The Porto has asked Britain to lend Turkey the services of Mr A. Chitty, Director-General of Revenue in Egypt, and Adviser to the Ministry for the Interior, to re-organise the Turkish Customs Department.
