Waihou Live Stock Sale.
There was a big attendance at the above sale yesterday, from all parts of district, bidding was brisk and good prices realised. Fat cattle sold well, pen of well-finished bullocks fetching £lO 3s ; fat heifers and cows brought top prices. Pigs sold well, from 17s 6d to 25s ; dairy cows were Sfy demand. Very few sheep penned, a line of fat wethers (3 pens) were passed in at 16s.
