A German Blunder
AN EXPLANATION OFFERED London, August 30. There is much comment over the fact that the German torpedo boat entered the Tyne during naval manouvres yesterday. The Genrarti-Consul at Newcastle-on-Tyne states that the prosence of the torpedoer on the Tyne was due lo a breakdown.
