ARMY ESTIMATES REDUCED.

London, Reuters Tokio Agency states that the Japanese Government has decided to curtail expenditure by £20,000,000 sterling this year. The Army estimates will be reduced by 30 per cent, and the Navy estimates by 10 per cent.
