TROOPS DISSATISFIED,
COLONEL KILLED BY OFFICERS
Constantinople, July 21. The troops at Adrianople are disaffected owing to arrears in tlieir pay and other grievances. The Garrison at Tikvesh has joined the young Turkey party. Four young officers of the garrison at Seres killed their Colonel.
It has transpired that General Osman Heyaet, who was attacked at Monastir by officers connected with the young Turkey party, was severely but not fatally wounded.
