ST. DAVID’S.

Tiie annual congregational business meeting of St. David’s Presbyterian Church was held on Friday 10 th inst./ the pastor the Rev. Wm. 0. Blair presiding. There was a fairly good attendance.

The Secretary's, Treasurer’s, and Sunday School superintendant’s reports were read and showed satisfactory pro - gress. These having been unanimously adopted, various cordial votes of thanks were accorded. After the election of office-bearers for the coming year and the Chairman’s ■ address which was much applauded, a social, with a number of musical and other items, was gone into and thoroughly enjoyed, and for which we are indebted to MrsAxford, S3rs Nash, Donovan, Seccombe, the Chairman, and Mrs Blair as accompanist, and to the ladies of the congregation for providing the eatables, etc.

We were pleased to see Mr Blair’s mother and sister present, who are here on a visit.
