A Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Ohinemuri County Council held on tKe 21st day of May, 1908, a resolution was passed that Part XII of By-law No. 1 be amended as follows : By deleting in Clause 82 the words “butter factory” and the 1 figures “ £30.” By deleting in Clause 82 the words and figures “ except for market or public gardens for which the charge shall be £\ 10s per annum,” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “ except for market gardens for which the charge shall be £5 per annum for each hose.”. By inserting in Clause 83 after the words “for every thousand gallons” the words “except for the butter factory at Paeroa for which the charge shall be sixpence for every thousand gallons.” And that the foregoing amendments shall come into force on the Ist day of August, 1908.
