[To the Editor,] am at a low, like a good ' many others out this way, to under- < stand Cr. Manuel’s action about selling our County horses. What is his game ? Although he is perfectly , satisfied they do good work and save iu ratepayers money, he wants to sell . v . . them. . What right has he got to study what the man in the street says.
