Mining Company rep- rts for the week e iding June G, as follows: —The No. 2 winze is noa down a total distance of 30 bet from l lie GO feet lev. 1 The roof in ihe oottwui i f the wiuze is about 2 feet .n width and gives good prospects by moilar tests. I have had to discon'itiuo

work here tor the present owing to the influx of water. I have started driving south on the foot-wall reef at the 60 feet level in the winze. The reef in the face is about 3 feet in width and gold can be seen freely throughout the ore at each breaking down. Tan-ol has been on the market just seven years, and the sales each year have been

I’ve read all the papers, and don’t want any news. Start away now.” The man in the apron obeyed. When he had finished, the man who knew everything rose from his chair and surveyed himself in the glass. “ Great Scot !” he exclaimed. Its really true, then ? You barbers can’t do your work

properly unless you talk.” “ I don t know,” said the man in the apron, quietly. “You must ask the barber. He’ll be in presently, I’m the glazier from next door.” A clean well-polished linoleum always looks nice. You cannot keep it as it should be kept if you use pastes, because they don’t clean the linoleum, but polish in the dirt. Tan-ol (which is a cream put up in bottles) is used in thousands of homes, because it is really the best article for linoleum, as ii not only polishes, but cleans and preserves it. Have you tried it ? Sold in bottles everywhere. —Advt. The usual weekly practise of the Gymnastic Club was held ou Monday evening

To do this the victim had to either apply in paste of nil and flour or else bandage the scalded part, thus adding to his sufferings. All that is now necessary is to apply Chamberlain’s Pain Balm.
