Hungahunga Drainage Board.

A meeting of the above Board was held in Mr Gilchrist’s office on Satrapy-test. Present: Messrs Hanna (m the cfcair), : J. Orr, D. Waghom, H. Magill, and J. K. Franks. ; . V. —Clerk’s Resignation — . Mr Gilchrist resigned the office as clerk, his resignation being accepted wrfch regret. It was left in the hands of the Chairman to make arrangements for a successor; salary, £3O a year. —Tenders — /.
