A CORRECTION.
Our P.D. made a slight error in one of the paragraphs in Mr McGloin’s last letter. The par should have read : “ At the conference held in the County office .between the representatives of the Piako and Ohinemuri Counties, after a good deal of discussion, it was decided to accept £6OOO- It was further agreed the discussion would be left with the two Chairmen, Messrs Gavin and Nicholls, of the respective counties.”
