The Squadron will march by road to Te Rapa, leaving Morrinsville at 11 a.m. sharp on Saturday, June 13th, 1908. The Te Aroha, Waitoa and Matamata troops must arrive at Morrinsville by 10.45 a.m. at latest. Men will provide themselves with luncheon. Horse feed will be issued at Morrinsville. Men will provide themselves with the necessary blankets, great coat, change of clothing, fatigue trousers, socks and boots, towel, soap, boot and horse brushes, razor, knife, fork, spoon, plate, pannikin, pocket knife, nose bag (on saddle) and cover (if required), Each four should have a set of brushes and cleaning material, and non-coms, to have watch, compass, note book, and whistle. Swags to be at Orderly Room, Te Aroha, and Driver’s, Waitoa, at 4 p.m. on Friday evening, Matamata and Morrinsville in time to catch goods train to Te Rapa Each swag to be legibly marked TROOPER (name), B Squadron, 2nd Reg., A.M.R, Camp Te Rapa.
