Piako County Council meet on on day next.

The first practise of the Gymnastic Club held on Monday evening last, was very successful. Some twenty odd members going through the performance. Instructor Paultridge is very well pleased with the looks of his school this season, and hopes by the Ist night, 31st May, to be able to give a very creditable display-! The new members seem determined to do or die and dont shirk their work however hard, and the secretary has undertaken to see that a special prize is given for the best improved of the new contingent.
