No. 100 Carting 200 yards of sand on the main road from Waihou to Te Aroha. No. 101—Cleaning out main drain from Johnson’s Creek to McCabe’s Road, a distance of 35 chains. No. 102 Cleaning about 35 chains of side drain on the Thames-Waikato Road No. 103 —Forming Spoil Drain on the Farmer’s Road,|Waitoa. HANNA, County Clerk. 130. iIAKO COUNTY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given in terms oi Section 8 of The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901, that it is proposed by the Piako County Council to borrow from the Colonial Treasurer, under Part II of the said Act, a special Loan for the Construction, Reinstatement and Rebuilding of Bridges in the Te Aroha Riding of the Piako County, viz., Culvert at Forsman’s, McLeod’s Bridge, Lawcock’s Bridge, Carroll’s Bridge, Creamery Bridge, Brook’s Bridge, Maisey’s Bridge, Roche’s Bridge, Rushbrook’s Culverts, McNicol’s Flat Bridge, McNicol’s No, 2 Bridge, McNicors No. 3 Bridge, Waiorongoraai Creek Bridge, Waiorongomai Hill Bridge, Collins’ Culvert, and Murphy’s Bridge. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £1,500, and the proposed security for the loan is a special annual recurring rate for thirty-two years of one sixth penny per pound upon the capital value of the rateable property in the said Te Aroha Riding of the Piako County, Such will provide interest at four per cent per annum, which being paid for the period aforesaid, pays off the loan and is the provision for repayment thereof.
