The sum proposed to be borrowed is £s,ooo, and the proposed security for the loan is a special annual recurring rate for thirty two years of one-tenth penny per pound upon the capital value of the. rateable property in the flaid Waitoa Riding of the Piako County. Such will provide interest at lour per emit per annum, which being paid for the period aforesaid pays off the lean and is the provision for repayment thereof.
