LOOTO'N, Yesterday. The Court martial which inquired into the collision between the cruiser Berwick and the destroyer Tiger, in which the latter was sunk in the English Channel on Friday week with a loss of thirty-six lives, exonerated the officers of the Tiger, the Court’s report states it does not attach any blame to the Berwick.
