CHRISTCHURCH, This Day.

In referring to the charge of manslaughter against the young man, Moorhouse, who killed a child on the Brighton Beach with his motor bike, the judge said that in effect the beach was open to all, but if anyone chose to endanger another person’s life he took the risk. The Grand Jury found a true bill at the former sessions. The Grand Jury threw the Bill out.
